RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your TGC pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.  Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.

To request a return, email info@thegentlemanscommunity.ca within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line.  Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps. Shipping costs are not refunded.

All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our headquarters in Dubai, U.A.E. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent by post.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

REFUND

NO REFUNDS - Once we receive the goods back in the original condition, we will issue a credit minus shipping charges. Any costs that we may incur for the returned goods will be deducted from the credit. No exceptions can be made to the 14-days return policy from the date of receiving. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

DAMAGED GOODS

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email info@thegentlemanscommunity.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis. We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible! After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).

 

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

The customer is in charge of returning the product. In case of an effective return, both sides have to reverse their share in the state of receipt. Any product with visible wear and tear will not be exchanged. The customer has to pay the costs of return.

GIFT RETURN
Please email us at info@gentlemanscommunity.ca with the purchaser’s full name and the names of the items you’d like to return. Items that are received as gifts are only eligible for an exchange or online credit.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.
