PROCESSING

Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to process excluding weekends or holidays. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.

LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.

We ship all orders via FEDEX. Once shipped, items are delivered between 7 - 10 working days. Processing time is not included in shipping time. Tracking number will be provided as soon as the items are shipped.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

* Additional fees for customs and taxes will be at the responsibility of the customer.

* Purchases made using TGC Gift Cards will be charged applicable taxes.
